Couple Fled Town After Receives $10M by Mistake

Investigators are currently hunting for an Asian couple who fled the country after a bank mistakenly transferred NZ$10m into their account. The Asian couple had applied for an overdrafts loan of NZ$10,000 for their gas station business in New Zealand, but receives much more then they had bargain for.

According to news report on Thursday, the lucky couple receives approximately NZ$10,000,000 dollars and fled the country just two days after receiving their huge lump sum. A spokesman for Westpac Bank stated that the overpayment was a result of “human error,” and added that the bank is currently pursing civil action to recover the sum of money stolen.

Damn it! How come mistakes like this don’t occur when I apply for loans?
