An unidentified man from Boston has done the unthinkable of paying a whopping $300,000 USD for a private parking space located near Commonwealth Ave.
According to Debra Sordillo, a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker who brokered the deal, stated that the price of the parking space cost a lot more then what most people are willing to pay for a house. “There’s only so many parking spaces in the city,” said Sordillo. “And in this part, there’s very few.”

The reports included that the owners of the parking space is also trying to sell a two-bedroom condo with elevator access for an easy payment of $2,499,999 USD. Apparently Boston must be a really great place to live or some of these people have way too much money to know what to do with.
