A 25-year-old man from the village of Sheikh Eissa in southern Egypt has chopped off his own manhood yesterday because he did not like his parents’ choice of bride. The man was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Hospital workers said that, “he was in love with a woman but his parents rejected her and told him to marry another woman he didn’t want. He took a knife and cut off his penis in his room.”

So far, most of my stories have ended with happy endings; Unfortunately, this is not one of those cases. Doctors were unable to reattach the severed member.

    Apparently the bride must be seriously ugly or he doesn’t know how to communicate with his parent effectively.
