Filipino actor Kirk Abella was shot dead by a security guard after he had been mistaken for a real life assassin.
32-year-old Abella was filming a scene in Cebu for an up coming movie called Going Somewhere when Eddie Cuizon, a village security guard, shot and killed him during an action scene in which he plays an assassin taking part in a drive-by shooting.
Cuizon, 51, later told police that he was unaware of the shooting of the film and that he had received a call from a concerned citizen, saying there was a masked gunman in the area.

Police officials said that Cuizon will face homicide charges since notices had been sent out by the filmmaker to let people know that he was shooting scenes in the village.

I hope that he wont be charge with murder since he was only acting out to project the citizens.
Now what I want to know is why didn’t the security gaurd spot the camera man during the chase. They were “filming” with cameras right?
And why did he have to shoot the *assumed* criminals when he was not in danger at all?
Why didn’t the actor stop?
So many questions…
