Stunning Feather Art by Julie Thompson

Julie Thompson, aka the Featherlady, is a self-taught Alaskan wildlife artist whose art consists of pen-and-ink stipple on canvases made up of bird feathers. Julie has worked on this unique form of art since the early 90s. Julie stated on her website that the precisions required for just one simple piece of painting can involve as many as 18 hours worth of work.
