Man Punches Teen For Refusing to Turn Off His iPhone
Posted on December 29th, 2010 in USA | 1 Comment » |
A passenger of a plane going from Las Vegas to Boise airport got so worked up over a 15 year-old playing with his iPhone that he punches the boy in the arm.
Russell Miller, 68, got so irritated with the young boy not complying with the intercom requests to turn off all electronic devices that he punched the teen in the arm. The teen was playing games and listening to music on his iPhone when the plane’s captain requested that all electronic devices should be turned off.
Police were already waiting to arrest Miller when they landed at the Boise airport. Kent Lipple, a police officer, stated that “he punched him so hard there was a mark on the teen’s arm.”
Miller was charged with one count of misdemeanor battery and locked up in the Ada County jail.
