The World’s Smallest Aquarium

Posted on February 23rd, 2011 in Art | 1 Comment » |

The world’s smallest aquarium was created by Anatoly Konenko, a Russian artist who specializes in micro-miniature art. The tank measures just 30 x 24 x 14 mm and holds only 10 ml of water (about two teaspoons). Enough to hold 3 miniature plants, several stones, real fish, and a fully working air pump.

The entire tank took about three weeks to complete. Stop by Konenko page for more miniature exhibitions and don’t forget to wish him a Happy Birthday since today is his birthday.
